Smith and Sons Auto Sales

I recently purchased a vehicle from Smith and Sons. In working with Blake and his father, had a most professional and courteous experience. Their staff made sure the entire process went smoothly, from our initial meeting to the closing. Not only would I purchase another auto from them, but have recommended them to friends and family. Totally AMAZED with these guys. I walked in there just to take a look at some trucks. Wasn't really serious yet. I looked at several of the trucks they had. Finaly saw one that really caught my attention. I talked with one of the guys and decided to take it for a test drive. That is when the story took a turn. I decided to see what kind of a deal I could make on the truck and my trade. We came to what I thought was a real fair deal. Now the story gets good. The first thing I saw was a rock chip in the windshield. Brent, the owner, said he would replace it. I told him I would pay half. He said it might be about $400. He said just pay $200 and he would cover the rest. The windshield cost around $650. He said a deal was a deal. GREAT. So I bought the truck. I picked it up in a couple of days, and couldn't be happier. GREAT. Well 2 days later the transmission went bad. He said to bring it back and he would get it taken care of. GREAT. He had the transmission rebuilt at his expense. GREAT. So I picked it up the next week, and took off on a little road trip. I messed up again. I took it back the second time. They were so sorry that I was dealing with this. So they took it back to the shop and had it worked on again. ( new valve body). I just picked it up today, and it's working like new. These guys are sooooo great to work with me, and If I can only give them a 5 star rating, it's only because there is no 10 star rating. If I EVER need another truck, I'm going back to them. If I have a friend or relative looking for a truck, I will send them to these guys. AWSOME and HONEST to a fault. So glad that I found these guys.

I NEVER buy the 1st and only vehicle that I test drive until now. I normally do a lot of research and find 5 or 6 to test drive and then make a decision. I have a janitorial business and we needed a new and dependable Cargo van. I actually thought the van I was going to purchase was at a different dealership but thought I would look at Smith and Sons to see what they had available. After test driving it on the highway and city streets, we decided that this 2019 Nissan cargo van with low mileage was exactly what we needed. So, I purchased it immediately. The whole process took less than an hour. They didn't use high pressure sales tactics. They were helpful, honest and transparent about the vehicles on the lot. I took it to one of my clients that is a Nissan dealership to have it looked at, and was told that I had struck gold and that this model was in high demand but hard to find. The only thing that it needed was a new battery and that I had purchased it at $4000 under bluebook value. I have already referred them to other people looking for a work van. And they will definitely be the 1st place I go when I need another cargo van.
